GAC Group declared the official independent operation of Aion at the Guangzhou automobile exhibition. GAC NE was renamed "GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd." "GAC Aion" will become a high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand of GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., with a new logo to be used. Then, GAC Aion has officially become a GAC proprietary brand parallel to GAC Motor.
